Privacy Policy

VYBE is built to know your music, not to sell you. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account: your phone number or email, name, @handle and profile colour.
• Listening: what you play, skip and discover, to shape your VYBEs and pay artists fairly.
• Settings you choose, synced across your phones.
• Payments: handled by Stripe or Apple. We never see or store your card number.
• Optional: a still / walking / running pace level from Apple Health or Google Fit, only if you turn it on, processed on your phone.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't show your activity to friends when Private session is on.

Who processes data for us

Supabase (database and sign-in), Twilio (SMS codes), Resend / Amazon SES (email), Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (website and security).

Your choices

Download your data or delete your account anytime in Settings. Deleted accounts are removed permanently after 90 days.
